Patsama Vichinsartvichai, MD
Dr. Patsama is a fertility specialist and the founder of LIFE by Dr. Pat. Previously a faculty member in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University, he led the Vajira IVF reproductive medicine unit before opening this clinic to deliver world-class fertility care in a more personalized setting.
Credentials include FACOG (American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists), EFOG, EFRM, and MClinEmbryol. His research interests include dysmorphic uterus, 3D ultrasound assessment, and ovarian rejuvenation.

Dysmorphic uterus is a commonly under-recognized contributor to infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. Dr. Patsama's research identified it in 27% of patients evaluated for infertility. A previous scan reported as normal does not rule it out — routine 2D ultrasound cannot reliably show the uterine cavity's shape, so the condition is missed rather than absent.
